How To Receive Emailed Call Transcripts

Log into your Leads Portal account. Click the "User" icon in the top right and select "User Settings".

Under User Settings, select "Email Notifications". In here, you can select the types of contacts where you'd like to receive an email notification. Most of the time, "Calls" and "Forms" are the methods selected.
