Accessing Detailed Info On Google LSA Phone Calls

Recordings In Google's Portal

For phone calls generated through Google's Local Service Ads product, call recordings are natively provided through their portal at https://ads.google.com/localservices under Leads.

Detailed Lead Analytics In LegalScapes' Portal

LegalScapes clients are provided with another layer of detail via our call tracking platform at https://leads.legalscapes.com. When logging into your leads portal, go to Leads at the top of the page and then select "Google LSA Campaign" for the view.

In this view, you'll see a list of each individual phone call, and can mark it as a potential new client or not a potential new client ("Quotable" or "Not Quotable"). To view further details, including a recording, AI summary, transcript and more, click the View Lead button next to the lead.
